SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS FOR UK ORDERS
The prices of our goods shipped within the UK mainland are inclusive of delivery & VAT at 17.5%. The UK mainland includes: England, Scotland and Wales. VAT is also charged at 17.5% within the EU.

We only charge for shipping on international orders outside of the UK mainland (see above). If you require delivery outside of the UK mainland this will be calculated at the point of sale. Please see "Shipping Methods and Costs Outside the UK".

METHOD OF SHIPPING
UK orders

• Most small orders up to 2Kg are shipped by the Royal Mail. All orders are delivered next working day (subject to stock availability and the time the order was taken) but can take up to 3 working days (excluding weekends).

• Orders over 2Kg, are shipped via courier service. ConceptAV selects the most cost effective and reliable courier depending upon the delivery location.  Delivery within the UK Mainland is generally next working day and within the EU 2 to 5 working days(subject to stock availabilty and the time the order was taken) and excludes weekends.

NOTIFICATION OF SHIPPPING
When your goods are shipped an email will be sent confirming that we have shipped your order and advises the method of shipment used.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS OUTSIDE THE UK

• Concept AV are able to ship to most destinations in the world. The shipping costs for Europe (Zones 1 to 4)* are available for selection at the checkout (see clarification for which countries are included within our european delivery options at the end of this paragraph).  If you require delivery outside of the below country listings then please contact us via email sales@concept-av.co.uk or phone +44(0)845 299 6028 for a free quotation.

• All prices shown on the site include VAT @ 17.5%
• The system will advise you of the cost of shipping when you checkout. At this stage you can still decide not to proceed if you do not like the shipping charge
• International orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail for items 2Kg & under or by International Courier if over 2Kg. Depending on your country this can take between 2 and 10 working days but in Zone 1 Europe generally takes between 2 & 5 working days. If you wish the goods to be sent by a quicker courier method then this can be arranged but we will need to make an additional charge to cover the increased costs. It is best to arrange this by email or telephone.
