AktiMate is an active, 2-way system negating the need for a separate amplifier. It has its own 40 watt per channel amplifier built in to one of the speakers and an iPod dock, too. Any iPod model will fit, or use the rear panel connections to accommodate any MP3 or MP4 player. AktiMate also features RCA stereo inputs, enabling connection of a second, hifi source product, such as a CD player, DAB radio or PC source.
