BILLING OF CREDIT CARDS
Our checkout process uses SSL so that your credit card details are encrypted.

WHEN IS YOUR CARD BILLED?
We process your credit card payments at the point of sale. If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your order the full cost of the goods will be refunded immediately unless already shipped. If the goods have already been shipped to you then this is treated as a return.

RETURNS
Our policy for handling returns is dependant upon whether goods are faulty or not:

FAULTY GOODS
If you believe that you have received a product that is faulty then we ask you to return the product to us in order that we can test it. It would be helpful if you could provide a note explaining the fault in detail and a copy of your order. If it is found to be faulty we will ship you a replacement or give a refund (the refund will include the cost of returning the product to us). You need to advise us of this cost so we know how much to refund.

If the product is found not to be faulty it is likely that you have either bought the wrong product or that it is not compatible with your equipment. In this case we would treat the return as a return of non faulty goods as described below.

NON FAULTY GOODS - EXCLUDING CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS E.G. TERMINATED SPEAKERS CABLES
You have the right to cancel your contract and return the goods at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. The goods can then be returned to us for a refund. You may want to have a returned product replaced with an alternative product. If so then include a note with your return advising us of this.

We will refund any money paid by or on behalf of the consumer within a maximum of 30 days from cancellation in relation to the contract to the person who made the payment. This means the full price of the goods, or deposit or prepayment made, including the cost of delivery.

If it has been agreed with us that you may return an item outside of the above parameters then you will have to cover the cost or delivery back to us and there may also be a restocking fee of 15% applied!

NON FAULTY GOODS - GOODS MADE TO CONSUMERS PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS E.G. TERMINATED SPEAKERS CABLE
Some of our products we offer will have to be made to your personal requirements. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns where these products are not faulty. This relates in particular to speaker cables which all have to be cut from a reel to your personal requirement.

HOW TO RETURN TO US
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods actually get back to us so we suggest that you use the signed recorded 2nd class mail service. If you use a more expensive service and we are re-imbursing the postage cost we will not re-imburse more than the recorded 2nd class mail cost.

If the goods are not faulty the cost of returning then is your responsibility

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed your order you may wish to change the order or cancel it altogether. You can do this by emailing us at orders@concept-av.co.uk or phone us with your new requirements.

You need to do this quickly as otherwise your order may have shipped before we receive your new instructions
